Directions Westbound       Traveling Westbound 401, exit 685 south, then westerly on       the 1000 Islands Parkway for 1 kilometer (.6 miles ) to       Sherwood Springs Road   Directions Eastbound       Traveling Eastbound 401, exit 675 south, then easterly on       the 1000 Islands Parkway for 9 kilometers (5.59 miles) to       Sherwood Springs Road   Directions Eastbound      Traveling Eastbound from the 1000 Islands Bridge, exit on to      the 1000 Islands Parkway east to Sherwood Springs Road.     You will drive past the village of Rockport and Mallorytown.     Then past Browns Bay under a bridge and to Jones Creek     and on the western side of Jones Creek you will find a left     turn to Sherwood Springs Road.

Sherwood Springs Road is located on one of the most beautiful sections of the 1000 Islands Parkway, right where Jones Creek opens out into a lovely little bay. I always tell people to watch the road signs, not the view, or they will miss the road. Turn north, up a short, but steep hill. At the crest of the hill, a wide ‘park’ opens up in front of you. The sense of space, lush vegetation, tumbling gardens and the house overlooking the river combine to make a strong impression. Your imagination will sit you on the porch, in a comfy chair, exhaling.

The sense of space and the intensity of Nature surrounding the house are not lost once you enter. There are no curtains on our large windows. Nature is our backdrop, and the house exhales.
